For some reason it really gets me upset when other people touch me like just now my roommate slapped my thigh and i freaked the fuck out and yelled "don't fucking touch me."

Totally agree. I'm having this problem with my g/f. She wants to cuddle no matter what and I can't stand it. It's uncomfortable, especially if her hair isn't tied up or something. Then when it's too hot or something. Fuck, I can't sleep like that.

Srsly. I can't stand having people breathing on me (shh) when I'm trying to fall asleep, so all night cuddling is pretty much out of the question. It's nice until I get sleepy, but then I want to roll over and sprawl out.

The problem is it's the most annoying thing ever.

I can attest to that. Long hair gets in the way, that's part of the reason I cut mine. It was down to my ASS, and now it's to my collarbone. Of course James still has long hair that's all over the place.
