bleurgh my Blue Dragon disc 3 keeps dre'ing

okay so the 360 grinds away as normal when I start it up then after15 minutes or so I can hear the disc slow down, then the music in he game starts cutting out then I'll get a DRE a few minutes after that. All my other games work fine and the disc isnt scratched or anything. This is a real pain as I only have 2 achievements left to get in this game... anyone have a similar problem before/ know of any solutions?

Jesus, your getting all the achievements?!  I love BD, but the achievements were crazy.  What model x-box you have?

Im not sure exactly, doesnt have hdmi, will check

and yep Im at 950 gamerscore, now I just need the all items and all monsters achievements

I only got one DRE (in one of the optional dungeons after getting the airship, right after beating the boss and grinding in there for 2 hours w/o saving  ), Lost Odyssey was one 360 game where I got a ton of DRE's on the final disk.

This thing worked wonders for my scratched discs.  For a little more, you can get a motorized version. 

If not, why not just buy another copy of Blue Dragon?  It's only $19.99 now.
