I'd say the Yoda lover is the bigger nerd. Darth Vader is an awesome dude that everyone loves because he's so badass. It takes a real nerd to actually love Yoda.

Unless you're talking about the prequels only, in which case Darth Vader is Hayden Christiansen and Yoda is a CGI frog on speed, so it's pretty much a wash.

That inversion shit got so ridiculous in the prequels. In the originals, sure, Yoda inverts some of his sentences, but not all of them. Probably about half or so. But in the prequels, every fucking sentence he utters gets inverted, to the point where prequel Yoda becomes a parody of the Yoda we remember from the originals (never mind the lightsaber shit which clearly crosses that line).

Oh, god yes. The original Yoda honestly wasn't that bad, but the one involved in the prequels needs a face full of shotgun.

Also, which Vader are we referring to? The James Earl Jones version was great, but the Hayden Christinsen (sp?)? Well, see the prequel Yoda post above.
