I checked my PM's and LO AND BEHOLD he sent me something disturbing. I don't even know exactly what it is, maybe an actual ass hole. But the fucking librarian came up to me and asked me to leave. Luckily I didn't have my student ID so she couldn't flag me

Well it comes down to this, if I edited that OA link, I would have to start editing out ALL OA links because at any given time there is that stuff AND WORSE on that forum. However a lot of people here came from or still visit that forum, and even I will say that there are a few funny topics there so banning OA outright doesnt seem like a good move either.

Honestly im just not willing to do that. Of course if another mod wants to thats ok.

i can understand if someone has an infinite amount of idle time to waste, however it's not a good idea to browse those fucking time-wasting forums in public places such as work or school, and not only because it's sometimes inevitable to stumble upon shocking graphic material

boards are not only time leeches, but they are simply better in short bursts when you have more updates to enjoy, and when your ideas that you wanna post are better thought-out

even if there is Internet access at university, I'm NEVER EVER going to browse even one of these forums or the web in any form over there save for some extreme emergency
