recently got back into the game because another friend of mine picked it up (it's at walmart stores for $29 and circuit city online for $39 - these prices include camera and some cards).  any of you play?

I played the tutorial. 

Seems like a pretty cool novelty.

My wife is cool with most of the nerdier things I do, but EoJ must cross some dark threshold. I don't want to play it when she's around, because I don't want to put up with the mockery.  :'(

no, but there was a time when I was really excited about this game.

did you go to the Eventide prerelease? It was xtreme my end, dealt with the biggest nerd I had ever met, ever. Whenever he played an average card he would splutter with excitedness and not be able to announce his move for a minute. I think he mayhave been physically distinguished mentally-challenged or something
