pretty cool site.  found out my last boss has a criminal record for endangering the welfare of a minor, which leads me to believe it's some kind of statutory rape situation.

What exactly does this cover?  None of my offenses come up.  My name comes up clean.

Any of you guys ever see that movie The Woodsman? Kevin Bacon is this convicted child molester who has just been released from jail. He gets hooked up with a job, and the secretary asks him what he was in for. Of course he doesn't tell her, but eventually it gets out, and one of the other employees almost beats the shit out of him. Horribly disturbing movie. But anyway, if they had this system then, the secretary could have just looked him up the first day.

I'm not sure how I feel about stuff like this. On the one hand, it's good for people to know about others who may pose a threat to them. On the other hand, it makes it much more difficult for truly repentant criminals to start new lives.

That movie was great. Mos Def's performance was haunting and phenomenal.

 Cool idea though.

I think white collar criminals are kinda sexxay - especially the ones who have never been brought to justice.

What kind is your sister? A felon with your brown eyes could be <3

yeah, there's a lot of people who don't come up for me too.  People who i know have been caught with weed, even in the last year, won't show up, but ones who have been caught with something like heroin will.

Also, depending on your state, they won't publicly list certain offenses.  Texas even goes as far as to list traffic offenses.

no this is a bit different.  statutory rape would come up as, well rape.

people will often be charged with this when the girl is the age of consent but under 18.  so not statutory rape, but close.

I think he has because he used to always joke, and bring up the fact that I banged high school girls, like way too much. (it was only two girls, both seniors.)

In American movies or TV shows you often see characters just throw away their parking tickets, or have glove compartments full of parking tickets. Wouldn't the cops find them from their license plates? What am I missing here?
