I don't want people to think I suck. That's pretty much my main drive in life to do stuff.

Not bad at all. Although usally being worried about what other people think of you is a bad thing, in this case it seems valid: no one wants to suck, or give that impression to others

Existing for others is a bad way to live. By saying that I mean doing anything because you require their validation. If you cant learn to live without it, things will be rough when shit hits the fan and its just you vs the world.

That does eventually happen to everyone in varying degrees.

Well the world isn't going to suddenly be like 'Woah! I didn't realize I was being too hard on you!'. If you have good friends they can help, but dealing with how you deal with life is something that friends usually cant help with.

Its like how a lot of people who are depressed just cant be reached. Half the time they CHOOSE to be there. That's cool n all but fuck if im gonna stick around and watch the show that never ends.

Just get yourself in the mindset to not let shit get you down. Sure stuff will still get you down, but your goals should be to:

1.) Always realize that there is more to learn.
2.) Make efforts to learn those things.

A LOT of people on the internet stop at the age of say 20 and go: I AM THE SMARTEST PERSON ALIVE MY LIFE EXPERIENCES ARE UNIQUE -- when in fact they are dumbasses that don't know shit about the world or themselves.

I think you mean teenagers in general. Especially teenagers in my generation. They believe that life is soooo hard on them because they have to juggle a part time job and college and their parents won't pay for their new car. Then god forbid something bad actually happen, like a grandparent dies or something, then they just have the worst life in the world and Ethiopians know nothing of pain.

Just live your life to what you feel is adequate, buddy. The fact that you want people to appreciate your accomplishments is a good thing to drive you to succeed. Wanna know why? Because most likely, no one outside of your family/close friends will ever appreciate anything you do for yourself.

Have whatever reasons you want to succeed, just do it in an honorable way. Don't step on people to get what you want, be a consistent hard worker, and ignore all of the negative flack.
