And rather than call it a ’score,’ we just wanted it to be like you’re leveling up on Blizzard games… You’ll have this Blizzard identity, and you’ll be able to see things like ‘Oh, this guy was great at Diablo III, but he never played Starcraft and he was mediocre in WoW.’ That sort of thing.”
I propose that they need some battle.net achivements. Here's a few:
1) "YUO GIEV SOJ?"-You successful to negotiate a trade some some crazy Koreans who don't speak a lick of english on US West, and are ripped off completely in the deal.
2) "QQ MORE NOOB"-You've been called a noob and told that you need to l2p by Bnet inhabitants in every Blizzard game.
3) "WORTHLESS COCKMONGER"-You've successfully insulted someone enough that they dropped out of the game in each one of Blizzard's games. Bonus achivements are unlocked at 10,50,and 100 people insulted to the point of quitting. This should be a fast one for skilled bnet users.
4) "E-SPORT PRO"-You successfully smurfed the Warcraft 3 ladder and beat a newb who had never played the a ranked match before in five minutes or less, ruining his hope of enjoying the game in casual multiplayer forever. Secret achievement if you taunted him for being a noob all the way through the match.
5) "Man of Many Ethnicities" - You successfully insulted someone using three or more offcolor racial epithets in one whisper.
And so many more. Blizzard, your fans are waiting-you going to make it happen?
(this post brought to you by Battle.net-"Our shit users at least don't cost you money to interact with." In your face MS!).
