MAF, why does the new BNL album stink up the joint so much?

It drags.  It's lifeless.  Even the couple of upbeat tracks are boring.

"Rule The World With Love" has a nice melody and harmonies.  Sadly, it's the highpoint of the album.

Everything To Everyone is soooooo much better.  :'(

Its fucking awful, it thought I was listening to the indigo girls most of the album. Only song I like is the Single Wind Me Up.

Color me bummed as well dude. I have Maroon in my car right now, that eases the sting :)

Yeah, Wind It Up is pretty decent.  I like the guitar riffs.  Man, releasing that song as the lead single is such a crime.  Not representative of the album at all!

Also, I just realized that BNL is one of those bands that I tend to listen to more in the fall/winter than the rest of the year.  And Stunt reminds of South Park a lot.  1998.  My mind works funny sometimes.

They were on Conan not too long ago, I guess performing Wind Me Up? Kinda rawk-y song? It was alright, and I know they're swell dodes and all, supposedly - but god that guy has a voice that makes my fucking skin crawl. Like the male Alanis.

Maroon is my favorite album o thiers. The live CD is still my favorite cd of theirs.

Maroon is very good, but so is Gordon. I don't know if I can choose between the two.

The live album Rock Spectacular is probably my favorite. Their best of CD is good too. They have A LOT of good songs but they are pretty underappreciated
