Um...I think my ds is broke. Help???

My beautiful ds is totally broken.

It cuts off depending on the angle I move it at, particularly 45 to 90 degree angles.

It makes playing games on ds you play traditionally (ff4, rocket slime, EO, Shiren...pretty much anything in my collection for the most part) impossible to play because it'll cut off if I move it just a tad. I wanted to take a break from AA games because I've been playing 3 and 4 non stop for almost 2 weeks now so I popped in good ol Rocket Slime just for a quickie play session and the ds power just cuts off just a few seconds after loading.

Funnily enough, if I lay the ds FLAT, like on my or laptop, it's fine. That's how I've been playing the Ace Attorney games the past few weeks, with stylus in hand. It's really really comfortable, but it makes playing other games impossible.

So since my ds is broke I figured I'll send my ds to NOA after I beat AA4 but I've never sent in game hardware to a company. Think they'll fix it? How much will this cost me? Hopefully it'll be free? How long does it take NOA to ship your hardware back to you? If I ship I'll probably have to go 2 weeks without my baby.  And I play my ds like every day.

I think they fixed those "microcracks" for free which was really a non-issue other than being cosmetically ugly

I went to NOA's site and tried to get some help at their self help section for problems related to the ds lite.

Ive beaten 50+ games on my DS Phat, no problems except for the touch screen being fucked lol. I'll get a lite eventually

When my nephew's DS Lite wouldn't turn on without being plugged in, they told me to send it in. Turns out he got some type of liquid in it. They still fixed it and sent it back for free.

TWEWY is the only game i've played on my ds all year. awesome game, but aside from that the system sits in a drawer envious of all the affection i show towards the superior handheld in my home.
