don't really care about the novelty sackboys because i'll be using a custom one. that pouch is the only thing that really interests me, but that'd really just be a novelty swag item that doesn't get used.

prolly just get the normal version like usual--i'd be interested in an actual plush sackboy replica though.

Yeah, this is exactly what I was hoping Sony would do when they first showed off LBP. Every game release from now on should have a Sackboy model with it. Uncharted should get a new patch with the half-tuck Sackboy. I want a Clank sackboy character.

My biggest problem is how they made it seem like the item depends on retailer, but apparently they said that isn't the case in the comments.

MS should do something similar and include a pre-made Warthog and Banshee with Banjo 3.

Last Trapper Keeper I got was 8 years ago. It was a preorder bonus for Zelda OoT.

The stickers don't interest me too much. It reminds me of Guitar Hero including stickers to put on your fisher price guitar.

didn't pre-order it, but i was camping out at best buy for it that morning. had to do that because my funcoland pre-order was not going to be filled--back then they couldn't guarantee pre-orders.

i guess trapper keepers had 3 rings, but i always associated the unique folding design and the rad artwork on plastic as being 'trapper keeper'.

the zelda thing was black nylon with a small velcro latch thing.

The actual Sackboy plushes are coming at some point. There will be no LE for this game, so no chance of it be bundled with the game itself.

1. i think there's a chance it'll be sold out on day one
2. there's an extra perk for pre-ordering

You have to realize that all this stuff is free. It isn't like paying $100+ to get a cat helmet or arm clock that you can't put on your arm. The Sackboy plushes are going to come out, but you just pay for them separate.

Well, I think some people should consider that by getting the Kratos character, it means you are getting all his assets also. It is like with the Killzone one where the mask, helmet, suit, etc all separate.

has that been confirmed? sounds likely either way. can't imagine i'll want to use any of those parts though--would still rather have the bag. there seems to be enough costume parts in the game to allow a near infinite number of possibilities--and you can always use stickers with the cardboard parts to add even more customization.

There are reports that when you go past 2 players, at least in create mode, the game does have slowdown. I don't know if it is for every mode or not.

It almost seems implied that the network for sharing levels and such is up for both press and those in the beta, but those levels from the beta/press build can't be used in the retail game. I don't think the versions are that different.
