Is it possible to paint a ps3 white so it can look like this?
« on: August 06, 2008, 04:44:58 AM »

I've got a white ps2. A white dreamcast. A gray-ish psx. A white snes. A white ds. A silver psp. A white 360.

I want a goddamn white ps3 with backwards compatablity.

So if I got a 60 or 80 gig ps3, think I'd be able to able to somehow get it colored white? I remember there was some site that painted your console how you wanted it a few years back. I'm not sure if they do ps3's.

the amount of heat generated by the ps3 would probably fuck up the paint job over time

 :'( :'( :'(

If only I had a white Genesis and white Saturn, white N64, white Xbox. Then the cycle would be complete!

just cover it with a white rag, it won't be used anyway.

you could always use those decals and just buy plain white ones

it wouldn't cover everything, but it would be better than voiding your warranty on an iffy paint job

I wish everyone mimicked the way Nintendo handles their portables. Sigh. Always always always had multiple colors to choose from if one color or style didn't suit you.

I will always remember my NES style GBA SP. So. Awesome.

I don't recall a GameBoy that wasn't gray.

Not at first, but they came along later. I had a black one.

They're companies that do professional paint jobs and art designs on electronic devices like consoles, laptops, and pcs.  They are usually very expensive.

Yes it is. Just go to Home Depot and get some white house paint. Post pictures so we can see how it went.

Sounds like Himumu's got some 'black' issues. :wag

Say it loud, I'm black and I'm proud!

we should give himu an updated doll test except with multicolored SMT amine characters instead of dolls.
