What is your "Point of No Return"
« on: August 07, 2008, 05:48:55 AM »
You know, that time of the night/morning where if you are still up you say FUCK ALL and stay up till its time to head out to work/school again.

I think mine is 4. I usually get up at 6-6:30, so if I fall asleep by 4 i've got some nap potential.

I always try to go to sleep around 11 pm to 12 pm. Latest is 1 am, after that it's getting hard for me. I really really need my sleep. I would consider staying at home alltogether, if i go to sleep later than that.

Oh I'd say it's right about now.  A half hour ago I still could have roped in a good two hour nap.  Now it's completely pointless.

Lack of sleep won't actually kill you. Falling asleep at the wheel, or an existing condition complicated by a lack of sleep may, tho.

Same here. I've come to the conclusion that any sleep is better than none.

Probably 5 or 6 am.  Around that time I think "I will just stay up, then sleep early tomorrow/later today".

It used to be probably about 2 hours before I had to get up.  Since I'm freelance now and don't have a real schedule, you'd think I'd be able to stay up as late as I wanted, but nooo.  The dogs wake my ass up around 7 am no matter what.  Lately I've been staying up until about 2-3ish playing Persona, so I usually end up taking a nice midafternoon nap.

usually depends. on a school night if i'm not sleep at 5am i'll wind up staying up for hours. i've been sleeping ok this summer but i know once school starts all my progress will disappear

often i'll wake up at 6am for some reason, then wind up staring into the darkness until it's time to take a shower
