If you buy a system from ebay, does what is left of the warranty transfer to you?

Most of the time, no. The only Warranty that'll be covered is the RROD one(because it lasts 3 years). If you're looking to buy a 360, I'll sell you mine. Has HDMI, Original Box and all the accessories that came with it(I even have the original batteries).

You can also have my XBL account(Don't worry, you can buy a name change) that has all the Halo 3 DLC, COD4 Maps, NG:Black, Fable and a ton of other shit.

All of this can be yours for $380(plus shipping) or Resistance 2, Little Big Planet, Warhawk with the mic, CoD: World at War and Dead Space.

Unfortunately I'm trying to do this as cheap as possible and I only really want the console and HD. I have 10+ PS3 games on disc. If I PM you what games I have, would you knock down some of the price of the console in trade for games plus cash?
