I'm suffering from insomnia. Haven't slept in two days, and I feel horribly weak. I've been really moody lately irl, probably on my man-period,  and am now angry at my will to not sleep.

Sleeping pills. I need them.

Then you don't get to sleep.  What's so complicated?  Option two is see a doctor but that is less fun, and if you get a good doctor, he won't prescribe anything immediately.
