Is the Legend of Zelda: Collector's Edition for GC worth buying?

I saw it second hand for like 9000 yen ($90 about?). I wanna play Majora's Mask, but is it glitchy?

Majora's Mask is supposed to have some sound and freezing issues.

For 90$? No. You could probably buy all 4 games on the VC (eventually) at a lower cost. If you don't own a Wii, it's still not worth that.

The title screen is very cool though.

it's worthless for MM.  the game randomly freezes, and because of its saving system the game becomes unplayable.  you'll have to go back in time after every little thing just to save, or risk doing a crapload of stuff over again when your game crashes.  also the framerate sucks.  don't know how the wii version is.

Not yet, no... I'm sure it'll be on eventually. Majora is the only Zelda I have yet to play, so I'm greatly anticipating it too... was scared away from the collector's edition due to all the bugs people have been talking about.

Which emulator? All the ones I've tried run even assier than on the GC (tho admittedly I didn't have that many freezing instances).

Not that I want to play it or anything, but just curious if there are any good emulators in general.

I would assume bagofeyes is talking about the Japanese VC and the Japanese version of the game, guys.  The VC line-up here is different, it may be up...I dunno.

Yeah, I just looked at the nintendo japan website and its not up here either. Seems to be fuckall 64 games.
