$15 per month or $45 per month, which really makes no sense.

Why would I want to pay them $45 in advance when I can just pay $15? 

With the pass, 99% of the stuff is free.  You can listen to the songs for as long as you have the pass.

Also, the pass can be used on up to 3 computers and the Zune.  So, you can actually share the pass with someone else if you wanted to.

Nope.  You get a hard copy which you can transfer to a Zune.  Streaming from the HD with the song to other PCs work as well.

Why won't they cover it?

No idea.  It's not maxed out.  I just got the claim letter and it said what they covered and what I still owed the dentist.  They don't explain why they don't cover things.

i've only read brideshead revisited which i loved (catholicism has a strong hold on my life thematically even if i'm not a believer, so that literature really appeals to me).

i absolutely adore wodehouse though most of my familiarity is with the Jeeves and Wooster stories.  I love the tale of Bingo Little insinuating himself with the communists because he falls in love with a girl and how Wooster has to serve them cabbage soup and make them think he's a friend of the workers.  Classic.
