It's basically Christian Bale living out his gangsta fantasies with a posse consisting solely of the little dude from Six Feet Under. 2/3 so terrible it's good, 1/3 actually good means it's a banger.

Horrible movie. Bale must've been running out of money, so he just decided to do this shit until he could do TDK.  That's the only real explanation for why he took this role.

um, he executively produced the film, ie paid for it. He really wanted to act that way.
