I'm sorry.  But your argument is fucking stupid.  Go ahead and ignore my valid points and choose to whine over my ridicule instead.  It's not discrimination of any kind.  You have a persecution complex regarding your weight and it's ridiculous.

I'm totally ignoring your points. No, I read them, it's just hard to know what you're trying to do with that post. Argue with me or make me feel like shit?

Seriously, chill the fuck out. I don't have a complex, you're over-analyzing my shit. I really don't give a fuck about being fat and I understand what actual benefits and disadvantages it has, it just bugs when stupid fuckers like you can't shut their cock-hole up about it, being disgusted by people who are just like anybody else.

Go fuck yourself, you fucking asshole.

Really?  It's hard to know.  This is why I call you dumb.  This is why I ridicule you.  You couldn't understand why Target, Wal Mart, Macy's and other retailers don't have extra large clothes?  Oh yeah, it's discrimination!  ::)

I like blaming his eating habits on the fact that he doesn't control the food present in his house.

If you don't have the self control to not eat shit foods in the house, you won't have the self control to not buy shit foods if you're the one in control of your groceries.

not even trying to be mean, but what are considered the benefits of being overweight?

Whats wrong with fat people? They're the absolute same. Theres nothing wrong with being fat. Theres no added health risks (even the AHA admits this now)

That's not true.

I have no problems with people who are overweight, or even obese, unless they are ignorant slobs.  I shouldn't have to ever give up anything for them.

And I think it is bullshit that heavy set people get to hog the first row in airplanes and get all the leg room.

The only fat people who bother me are the ones who've started popping up recently who preach about "fat acceptance" (i.e. "giving up"). A whole spectrum of perfectly legitimate opinions on one's weight exist but this, IMHO, is not one of them. See for example:

http://bigfatblog.com/

Reading this just makes me SMMFH. There is far more to life than your weight, but if you're 300lbs-plus, getting your weight down NEEDS to be a big priority for you. You can't afford to accept it because your life is going to suck if you do. Even if you do, do you really have the right to go around telling other chronically obese people that their doctors, friends etc are wrong and that they should stop worrying and embrace the fat?

Yeah, i get mad at OBESE people because I hold them to the same standards I hold myself. Aside from some legitimate physical/mental health conditions, most obese people dont need to be obese, they just accept it. Unfortunately, it does speak against their character. I see obese people and I think 'That's a person that can barely take care of themselves and they're fine with it.'

As for fat people. who isn't a little fat cept the metabofreaks and the kids? Im probably 5-10lbs over recommended myself, and guess what kids, that makes me FAT. Most of you are fat too.

Still, you know what pisses me off more than the obese people? Those loud metabofreaks that yap in your face as they cram wads of food into their mouth going on about how great it is to be able to eat all the want when they want blah blah. I wanna deck those fuckers so hard. Fuck them.

I've only had one diet work for a prolonged period of time, but it conflicts with my job.  My biggest hurdle in losing weight right now is the amount of time I go between meals.  I usually end up at work early and am lucky to get breakfast.  Sometimes, I'll have to wait 'till 5 or 6 PM for a meal.  And it'll be a big one (although six out of seven days, it's pretty healthy - fish, poultry, whole grains, etc.).  And because my ALREADY slow metabolism has become even slower - it converts a lot of it to fat, I gather.

After I get back from Vegas, I might consult my physician and concede to his recommendation to start some kind of medication to help me.  I really didn't want to, though.

In a perfect world according to my physician and nutritionist, I'd drink almost no caffeine (almost a necessity with my hours) and have several snacks free of sugar and low in complex carbs spaced between three meals.  And no late night eating (but try doing that after you get home at 10:30 PM and haven't had anything to eat since 11:30 AM!).  It might come to me getting another job, because I don't want to be in my late 20s and battling my weight.

I went from 275 lbs to 160 lbs, etc.

I will say that don't listen to the fat excuses.  It is very difficult to change eating habits.  It sounds so simple but making a dramatic change is a lot tougher than you think.  I remember the first week dieting, even though I was eating enough, it was all healthy foods I liked eating but I still felt like I was going to die at any moment.  I needed that Mountain Dew.  I needed those fruit snacks (I loved fruit snacks in my more rotund days).  It was a struggle but if you are into that Secret shit, in the end, it is all about autosuggestion.  They got used to eating shit food and have a tough time changing it around.  Likewise if you eat healthy.

It isn't easy but if you are hoping I'm going to accept the obese lifestyle of laziness and excuses, go fuck yourself.  Seriously.  If these people spent half their energy on a treadmill than they spend trying to waddle over to get Ding Dongs or giving 1001 excuses why they are 300 lbs but it isn't their fault, they wouldn't be so fat.

losing wegith and changing eating habits isn't all that hard. You just gotta actually wanna do it. Stay away from this, go for that. Today for lunch I just had a sandwich and some fruit. For breakfast I had fruit and oatmeal and yogurt. Before breakfast I walked for an hour.

How the fuck is that hard? Losing weight isn't so much as going  on a diet as much as it's changing your lifestyle around completely. That's the only true way you can lose weight in a reasonable way. Every thing else is an excuse.

Earlier this year in January I went to the doctor, my weight was 265. I went to the doctor just a few weeks ago and my weight was 235.  I'm aiming for 200 pounds before the end of the year.

I went shopping for clothes the other week. Earlier this year I had a 55' or 54' waist line. I'm not 48'. It feels pretty good.

I designate one day to be a cheat day where I can eat whatever I want.  By the end of the day, I felt bad for getting off track that I was good in regards to eating properly for the first few days.  Then later on in the week when I wanted some Arby's or Quizno's, I'd say, "Just two more days."  It is a cycle that has worked well for me.  To be honest, I don't know if my body will ever give up my old eating habits entirely.  Even though it has been 4 1/2 years since I lost weight, I still feel like I'm going against what my body wants me to do, which is to eat fast food.

I agree with you about the latter part.  I have no problem with people being fat.  It is just the bullshit excuses that get to me.

Funny thing is that FA isn't fat at all!!

And yeah, there's usually a day that I cheat.  I don't do it more than once a week but there's no specified day.  If just one day I'm having an incredible urge to eat something a gigantic hamburger or fried chicken, I'll just make sure I haven't splurged in the last week and I'll go for it.

I stick to the specified day because I'm very calculating and anal with that stuff.

Yeah, I usually reserve weekends for my cheating meals.  Even then, I try to make sure the food I'm cheating with isn't THAT bad and I try not to eat THAT much.  Portion control has always been worse than food selection for myself.  I've been doing a lot better, but I still wanna lose another 20 lbs or so.

I typically eat two meals on my cheat day.  Back in my more partying and ganja days, throw in a bunch of alcohol and munchies too.

Hey now.  I don't hate their eating habits.  I hate the justifications for not doing anything about it.

If I knew a hot heroin addict who told me she couldn't quit because it was just too easy to get and she had no self control issues and that there were no real health consequences, I'd hate her just as much as I hate Methodis and Raban.
