I'm paid hourly at 7 hours a day. My shift is 8:30AM - 4:30PM with a 1 hour unpaid lunch. I also get paid overtime if I work more than 80 hours in a pay period.
I pull a lot of overtime, but I never really mark it off correctly. I'm always sort-of afraid my boss will start to question exactly why I'm working overtime so much. Now I'm certainly doing work during my overtime hours, that's not the issue. I'm just worried that he's going to think that my overtime has gone from me being a dedicated worker to me being sloppy and inefficient.
I mean shit, this week alone I worked until 7:00PM on Thursday and 8:00PM last night. And here I am again today with another 7 or so hours of work, and I'll likely be in tomorrow as well.
All in all, I may mark that I was here 3 extra hours on my schedule. I dunno. I'm just apprehensive about the whole thing.
