Finished my custom arcade stick - more or less

while it's been functional for months, the wires and PCB were all just hanging loose.  finally got around to mounting the PCB and getting it all enclosed.  i wouldn't necessarily call it "complete" yet (it's pretty ugly and the wiring job was super quick and dirty), but it's now to the point i can take it to friend's places and play with it without worrying about anything coming disconnected.  i posted my progress on the blog throughout the summer, if you care to know more.

Looks pretty nice.  What's it compatible with?

The true test to any playstick is surviving being thrown across the room. :D

uses a street fighter anniversary pad for PCB (PS2), so i can also use it with PC/PS3 using adapters that i already have.

Don't adapters introduce lag?

size comparison to tekken5 stick

i like the slightly more compact size.  was a tight fit though.
