Are there any laser printers that can print decent photos as well?

Inkjets print nice photos but I'm sick of constantly changing ink cartridges and their relatively slow printing time. 

I know lasers are more expensive but over time, the costs are probably the same.  I can't count how many ink cartridges have been unusable before they've even reach halfway.

So nobody knows about this?  I thought EB has always been at the cutting edge of technology.
