On a serious note, goes to show how fucked up you can get (longterm) from being molested as a child. Sucks about the family issues regarding believing the children :/

As far as the drug goes, huffing is probably the worst thing you can do. The high is short, the effects are not that strong (just a wobbling and a feeling of being lightheaded) and the bad effects can come about quickly. I used to do like one or two just to get the high voice when I was a teen but that's about it.

If you were getting the high voice then you weren't huffing, you were just inhaling helium. That's different.
