I've seriously watched this trailer like 12 times now.  Its done really well.  October 21st can't come soon enough.

I think I've been overexposed to it by now that I just want it to come out already. I was in love with it first time I saw it and it pushed me to get a PS3, but since then I've seen and heard so much about it that I hope it can still genuinely surprise me. Trailer doesn't do anything for me.

Yeah, it is getting as overexposed as Halo 3 was last year, but I guess that is a good thing for them.  It is pretty shocking to see Sony actually advertising a game.  I am trying to avoid all the nonsense until it is release from now on, this stuff is only going to get worse.  I still can't wait for the game and am very excited.

I don't think this, or any Sony game, is going to be a big commercial success, but then again they are actually marketing this one.

I do hope it sells well, because I do want the developer to have extra incentive to support this game post-launch.

This trailer really looks good to me. Sackzilla and stuff looked kind of like, "Yeah, I will never do that," but this one had real personality and I loved it

i think it could take several months, but i think 1 million is definitely within reach.  just not expecting it on the first NPD.  i'm expecting anywhere from 200k to 500k for the first month NPD, depending on reviews and buzz around release.

ironic that a game model based on a plush makes an awful plush

but it really comes down to them trying to make them affordable to produce.  that home made sackboy was flawless -- if they sold that for $50-100 (seems appropriate for that quality), it'd be worth it to some.

Anybody know what the deal is with music for your custom stages? I assume you won't be able to d/l MP3s onto your system and allow them to be the background music due to copyright laws or whatnot.
