What's for lunch today?

Didn't like this when I first tried it a few months ago, but now I think it tastes pretty good and is filling.  About 250 Calories and 18 g of protein is pretty good :D

I had a pretzel with cheese and a turkey sammich from Sprau Tower. Pretzel was gross, but the sammich not bad
