Pretty self-explanatory topic. I was kinda shocked to see a semi-celeb there at Brooklyn Supreme Court yesterday. We were actually empaneled on the same case, and went through voir dire together. Didn't seem stuck up at all -- in fact, he seemed kinda introverted and somewhat awkward based on the way he spoke. I don't think he ended up being one of the jurors chosen, however (neither was I), so I believe I'm at liberty to mention this.
I didn't even know who he was until he was questioned by the lawyers and said that he was a musician who travels ~3 months out of the year. The plaintiff's attorney asked what band he was in, and he said "Wilco," and the atty replied "oh, I'm very familiar with your band." Obviously he was a fan. I just googled him to see which band member he was (I didn't take note of his name initially), and based on the pic that's definitely the guy: Mikael Jorgensen, lead keyboardist. His Wiki page says that he's relocated to Brooklyn, so it makes sense.
Just figured I'd let you guys know in case anyone is a fan.

Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to speak to him personally, since he was on the first panel of ten who were questioned, and then he was dismissed. So nothing juicy (or particularly interesting

) here.
