It's about damn time! Hope the online doesn't blow, but at 400 points I'm kinda expecting it too

. At least I finally have a chance at slashing away at some people who can actually play the game.

EDIT: Looks like it's 800 points. Stupid Microsoft misinformation.

As long as the online is as good as Fatal Fury's I'll be ok. Even though FF's wasn't the greatest I still had plenty of decent matches, which more to say than Castle Crashers in which I've only had one good game going since it got released (and even then it ended in a crash).

I love Samurai Shodown. LOVE IT. But no other SS was as good as SS2 was for me until Tenka came out like 11 years later. Old-school sword action's a-comin', Soul Calibur can take a rest CUZ SS2 IS BACK BABY!!

Online mode is pretty basic but I've had five out of five matches so far without lag. Maybe I just got lucky. Weird that they didn't include a movelist or training mode. I guess I have to pull out my old EGM and start training again.

There are two visual settings, but the game will run in a window (it's not even 4:3 full screen; a bit of the top and bottom is framed) regardless. So you can play filtered or unfiltered. The emulation seems perfect. No sound problems either. Gonna try online now.

It's weird there is no move list. FFS had it on the side bar if you wanted.

Three ranked matches, one lag-filled. I suspect that was against someone from the States though. Doesn't really matter since nothing in this game requires precise timing. Love playing it early; I'm ranked #18 already!

If you come across "WOLFZKRIEGER," don't bother playing him. His lag was awful and he quit early when I was kicking the shit out of him. Good thing this game will give you the win i some moron quits on you!

EDIT: Yup, same as the original. In 2P player match AND ranked (FUCKED. UP.) Kuroko is playable. Just do up, down, left, up down, right+X.

40+ matches so far with only one slightly laggy match. I'm very glad the online seem to be stable but I really need a Hori pad for this. It's very annoying to keep loosing matches due to jumping during a simple fireball motion.

He's easy to beat but has mad priority, plus he can parry projectiles and blow himself up when hit. I have decided I am only going to use him on distinguished mentally-challenged fellow international players who continue to challenge me even though I boot them for shitty ping. One guy was like "WHAT THE FUCK HOW DID YOU PICK THAT GUY!??!??!?!?!?!?!?" over and over again the first time I used him.
