holy sheet, if i could i'd totally go to Vengoose for the Daft Punk performance :O

what did you miss that you regret that a simple Mr Fusion enabled Delorian at 88 would fix?

there are literally too many to name.

mudhoney performance featuring kurt cobain playing on stage with them.
nearly infinite jazz sessions of the hard bop era
minor threat's last dc show
black flag pre-rollins
metallica with cliff on the bass
the first public performance of Rites of Spring (not the emo band)
the germs live
any early stooges show
i'm going to stretch this a bit and say many acid house parties
any joy division
the specials may 1979 moonlight club show
the damned from the strawberries era

I grew up in the sticks, and by the time I had the money to get places ('98 or so), most of the great bands/groups I would have wanted to see never came around and/or weren't around.

So pretty much most of my fave groups I've never seen live.

 :'(

Just to name a few big ones~

New Order in '89
Underworld '99-00
Late SST-years Sonic Youth

Death - Live in LA '98

Metallica - Seattle '98

Megadeth - NYC '86

Also, I'd catch a Metallica show with Mustaine and Burton.

Some Johnny Cash concert.

The Beatles.

Hendrix at Woodstock.

Damn, very good list man. I'd pick Hendrix @ Monterey Pop Festival 67. Pretty much that entire show would be awesome. Ravi Shankar, Janis, Who, Jeffersons Airplane... :bow2

The Beatles during the Sgt Pepper era.
