And said that I had used a combined bandwidth of 160GB in the last month. Also that my current limit was 60. He said I wasn't being fair to my neighbors and that if I don't stop downloading Carl Sagan's Cosmos then I'd get a stern talking to next month. He then offered to bump me up to the 100GB limit and double my internet speed for only $10 more a month.

Anyways the question is, I'm trying to limit how much I use. So I thought I'd set mu upload limit on utorrent to like 5 kb/s but this dropped my downloads to ridiculous speeds. Is there any torrent client that doesn't cap the downloads if I don't upload?

I think that's more a feature of the way the bittorrent protocol works.

I'd post a list but that's probablly not a good idea.

a dumb thing I did do though is download season 2 of the Tudors, delete it by accident and then download it again. there was 20 GB.
