Meh Animal Crossing you have an identity and you do whatever you want. Fish, Collect shit, Trap bugs, Buy priceless works of art talk to the weirdo animals to hear their stories on how the goverment is corrupt. Ect. Fun stuff

Viva is basically Lets Atract pinatas, place a piece of fruit and hope some pinata comes to visit, while hitting other pintatas with a shovel. While having one of the most unintuitive menus and control schemes ever.

while animal crossing really is an astonishingly awful game, let's not lose sight of the real point of this thread - trashing rare. seriously, if you still think donkey kong country or goldeneye or banjo kazooie are wonderful games, get your head checked. they are d-grade clones of much better games, just like everything else that company shits out.

I loved this game. It had great unforgiving gameplay that required you to develop skill with practice. Headshots were super-rewarding. Story and character models were crap, and it had the worst ending that I've ever seen in a game

Just stopped in to say years back I did play Animal Crossing on gamecube...when my former roomate had a system. The game was one of the most boring pieces of shit i've ever played. Ohhh let me go get some more items for my room from Tom Nook! I can chop down some trees! Do some fishing. Write my fake friends some letters!

The town is small, and there are like 4 things total to do. I honestly can not understand why the game is so cherished. It feels like one small part of a larger game experience.
