IGN's deal is the "watched users list" so you get a bunch of people with signatures that say "ADD ME TO YOUR WUL!!!1!11" or people offering to "WUL" for something insignificant. The number of people watching an individual poster is not visible except in that poster's profile. In case you're thinking of the stars and whatever by the poster's name, that's all about the post count and nothing else.

The rep system dude is asking for is the one that gave Mandark (I believe) two green skittles at GAF or Tabris a bunch of red ones.

I remember the IGN WUL shit.  I bought into that crap the first year or so I posted there.  I miss the IGN boards, they made neogaf seem so sharp in comparison.
