It seems like people want this series to stay at a certain level of brow for humor, which is silly. I laughed a lot throughout the whole thing. The waitresses drunkenness was hilarious and Artemis killed it!
Everything felt undeveloped, and honestly, generally unfunny. Other than some outrageous comments, like the bleached asshole one, it was pretty dry, and ended with a drawn out poop-take on the old murder in the room scene. Which is something the show has seen far too much of over the past seasons, these references to (often pop-)cultural staples. The characters were in the first two seasons (or maybe just the first and the first half of the second season) sort of believable, who got into their situations because they were genuine douchebags. Now, it's more about slapstick and
outrageous content. If that's how the series is going to "evolve" then that's a shame. I've never seen a show change this fast before.
