PHP/web programming fellas, need your help.

[Arbys Roast Beef Sandwich]

Is there any neat/easy way to display the contents of a specific FTP folder with thumbnails in PHP or AJAX? I was looking into something similar to CKFinder, but I didn't want that folders pane to show up (I'm sure I can comment something out to get rid of it though). What I just need is a neat, organized list of files and stuff to show up, similar to how CKFinder is laid-out.
