Because he thinks he's a "leet" hacker. Is there any program that lets me track what do things on the PC, that way I can show the RA's he's fucking with my private property and get him kicked out?

Also how do I set a log in password for vista?

should be able to set the password from Control Panel->User Accounts, then. you MIGHT even be able to set it by hitting ctrl-alt-delete -- there might be a change/set password option in the list (there is if you've previously set a password fo sho).
