"call me on the phone" is just one other way to say "leave me a message." That is, if you're calling me. I only pick up the phone when I know who it is.

Proposal for EB Vent seconded

If anyone's used Skype before, that shit is pretty awesome. I helped out on an e-buddy's Podcast, and it was a lot better than I thought it would be. The thing that impressed me most was that we could speak at the same time without fear of echo or someone's transmission cutting off completely.

nah it's a separate server thing you gotta pay for i believe. i use two servers but they're for WoW purposes, and not mine.

As far as I know, it's a seperate server service, but I'm not 100% keen on it. A guy that was guilded with me in WoW broke down and bought one recently so all of the Kewl Kidz on Eonar would have a place to call each other bad names and come up with flame topics for Blizzard's forums. I can ask him for details if you want.

Well when I played FFXI I know our linkshell had a TeamSpeak and I'm pretty sure it was free. Then again, our LS owner had a lot of connections. She might have just been able to find someone to host it for free.

If you have the older version of the Ventrilo software you can run that on your server and then just have everyone download the older client. They are pretty much identical to each other anyways and it is both free and legal.

My internet connection has been acting strange after I downloaded Ventrilo wtf. I restarted my modem and it works better now, but every couple minutes I get a Connection Timed Out/could not be made message.
