I saw that Heavy Metal thread around here assuming it was about Heavy Metal Parking Lot but I guess I should've known it was some sort of evilbore anime bullshit.  I tried a search on YouTube for HMPL but all I found were just some clips.

I own Heavy Metal Parking Lot on VHS but since I haven't had a VHS player in my house since 2002, I haven't been able to see watch the thing.

Yes, I believe it is the whole thing (it's only like 15 minutes long).  Not sure if it has the Neil Diamond Parking Lot bonus stuff at the end.  If it doesn't, I have a copy of the video that has the whole thing.
