Is there any way to watch House on the Internet?

I missed the first episode of this season b/c of the hurricane.  Is there any free site like hulu to watch the episode?  I want to watch episode 2 but don't want to do so w/o having seen premiere.

I'd rather avoid usenet and torrents.  Thanks for any help.

All I see on hulu is season 4 stuff.  XBL Marketplace has it for like $3.50 :(  Why don't they rerun that for us?
