Tron, absolutely Tron.  Heck, it might have even gotten better over the years for being so far ahead of the curve and its simple, but effective and stark CGI.

And Godzilla movies, for the most part, are better then my 6-10 year old self gave them credit for.  I can now better understand the subtext(yes, giant monster films have subtext), better appreciate the intricately made models and special effects, and the availability of the original, non-englisized versions makes it easier to appreciate the unironically great orchestral scores many of the older Godzilla flicks possessed.  And all the Post 90's giant monster films are made with enough technical chops that I don't have to cut them any slack.

and all the Charlie Brown TV specials, last I checked, they were still ridiculously heartening short films.

This is what they have out, as far as I know. They aren't put together as well as they should be (like for example, the first five episodes of Ducktales that make up a movie of how it all started are in Volume 2...wtf), but I love these shows and I'll take what I can get, haha.

I hate when they do that. I believe for The Adventures of Pete n Pete, there are 3 seasons and they released the first two without plans to release the final season. Like, WTF is that?


ETA, from Wiki: The show was created by Will McRobb and Chris Viscardi and began as minute-long shorts in 1989 that aired in between regular programs. Owing to the popularity of the shorts, five half-hour specials were made, followed by a regular half-hour series that ran for three seasons (1993-1996) and continued in reruns until around 1999. The N aired reruns of the show between 2002-2003. Since 2005, reruns of the series have occasionally aired on Hallmark Channel along with other classic Nickelodeon series. The first two seasons were released on DVD in 2005 and the third was planned for 2006 but was indefinitely postponed.
