I read on gaf that someone will be converting it to be watched on PS3 (mp4) for sub group Conclave. I think its Kagari that's doing it too.

The zombie Exia was so badass. And the last shot of Hal/Al all tied up was great.

Oh, and in the op/ed you see Graham has two pieces to his mask, so basically when he is in combat it is the Char mask instead of a samurai mask.

They did a "patch" version so maybe it will fix that.

i never tried it, but i saw it up and they claimed to fix some errors. I guess the errors were just translation related.

Setsuna is such a PIMP now. Holy fuck. I'm scared what will happen when he sees that queen of that country. He will probably impregnate her upon *SIGHT*

And Sumeragi was keeping that secret from Billy for YEARS and Setsuna just walks in his place, CALLS HER OUT with no remorse, and now he's fallen into a deep alcoholic stupor. THAT'S ICE COLD, BABY.

I'm indifferent about Lockon's replacement. I mean, the guy has the same code name, same voice, similar character design (if not the same), everything. And they act like Lockon's dead, but all of this just lessens the impact. It's like Lockon's dead...BUT HE REALLY ISN'T and it just feels forced despite how much the show wants the sell it.

00 Gundam is SEX. TWIN DRIVES!!!

And when he cut that fucker up after he says he'll best Setsuna in melee? omfg.

I was going to wait for the Conclave-Mendoi subs since I watched them for Season 1, but screw it, they're taking too long. I'm getting the gg/BSS subs. I know gg's subs for Macross Frontier always came out really fast and were pretty solid.

My copy of the PS2 Gundam 00 game shipped today. I ordered early enough, so I'm getting the bonus TransAm DVD, which apparently has a bonus episode that's a prequel to season two.

Edit: Oh yeah, I watched episode two last night, good stuff.

I never realized that Toru Furuya is Ribbons/Livonze's VA. Maybe he was

It got 6/6/6/6 from Famitsu, so I'm guessing it's not good. However, Yuke's developed the title, and I loved their Votoms PS2 game from last year which was reviewed similarly.

Initial impressions of the game: It's better than the DS game, but I'd wait until you can find a used copy on ebay. I ran through the tutorial and the first mission with Exia. Controls a lot like Never Ending Tomorrow.

The Trans-Am DVD preorder bonus is pretty much trash. It has a nine-minute season one recap, a 2nd season commercial (that's been YouTube'd to death). It's not totally trash because it has Japanese TV commercials for 00 models, Gundam Battle Universe, Operation Troy and the Blu-ray release of 00. I LOVE Japanese TV commercials.

I never played Never Ending Tomorrow because I hated SEED, but watching a blurry video of it on youtube reminds me of ZoE with some weird QTE stuff every once in a while. Does it have objectives to complete or is it just kind of like arena battles? I'm thinking that maybe Exia in Gundam vs Gundam PSP might be enough for me until they make a complete 00 game with S2 stuff in it.

It is a shame about the DVD. Even that shitty Gurren Lagann game had the extra episode with it.

It has objectives to complete along with "arena battles," it pretty much follows the storyline of the show. The game has original animation that apparently follows the path of an original episode.

I'd hold off until you can get a used copy on ebay for like $40 or something. Shouldn't be too long.

EDIT: And unless a certain someone here would like to correct me, I don't think Namco-Bandai will bother releasing this here in North America, seeing how it's a PS2 game, and the first season won't end it's run on Sci-Fi until April or May...
