Tekken 4 sucked, but Tekken 5 and DR were good returns to form.  I wouldn't say I'm hyped, but I'm interested.

Which is the one on PSN? I bought that and played it a bit.  I found it enjoyable and it was probably the first Tekken game I played more than an hour since Tekken 3 (well, I did play Tekken tag at a friends house, but not that much).   I still hardly played Tekken or DoA compared to SC or VF, but they are still enjoyable.

I don't know how much the rest of you know about Japanese culture (I'm an expert), but honor and shame are huge parts of it. It's not like in America where you can become successful by being an asshole. If you screw someone over in Japan, you bring shame upon yourself, and the only way to get rid of that shame is repentance.

What this means is that the Japanese public, after hearing about this, is not going to want to purchase Tekken 6 for either system, nor will they purchase any of Namco's games. This is HUGE. You can laugh all you want but Namco has alienated an entire market with this move.

Namco publicly apologize and cancel Tekken 6 for the 360 or you can kiss your business goodbye.

Loooooved Tekken 2 and 3, back in the day. But can't say the series has held up... much more of a fan of Soul Calibur and VF, when it comes to 3d fighting.

She lost a move or two ( :'() but gained some new ones.  I don't know because I haven't really used her, despite her being my main in 5 and DR.  In Tekken 6 I went right for BOB, AKA the best character ever.

iirc, MGS4 sold roughly the same amount in its first month that MGS3 did. Whether it will continue selling to reach MGS3's 3.7 mil, that's another matter.

I'm really surprised to see that MGS4 is not coming to the 360 though.  It's like the game was designed for multiple discs.  The multiple installations made me felt the game was gimped on the PS3 because of the 360's limitations.

I think it's because the home release is so far away and few people outside Japan have been able to even play it.  The game was still the number one arcade (fighting) title in Japan last time I checked.
