I don't mind people knowing what Trial Version and Demo software I've played, but prior to April 2007 it counted Trial Version s/w of XBLA titles against your GamerScore, which sucked. They quit doing that, but didn't erase the history of those games from GamerTags.

Personally, I welcome our new Ratio-Correcting Overlords.

I don't actually know what this whole gamerscore thing is about or what is the big deal about it, but I just watched a walkthrough of the new dash and it actually looks a lot better than the clunky pos the 360 is currently. Even though the avatars hideous, I'm (not) surprised how much more you could go into those cartoon monsters than you could in the shitty Home characters.

So you can see how this will clean up my profile quite a bit... as well as not showing me as having "12930 of 37910 Gamerscore" even though my per game ratio is actually pretty good.

That's what I meant by the "12930 of 37910 Gamerscore" bit. 43 Trial Version 200 pt. games with 0 points is adding 8600 to the latter figure.

I should have "12930 of 29310" - still not batting .500, but significantly less sucky. If I end up ditching 0 pt. retail games, such as Table Tennis and NBA 2K7, I'll be even happier.

"The My Xbox tab lets you manage your Avatar and profile settings - basically all of the options you find on the current Xbox Guide.
