Quote
CINCINNATI (AP) - Close to one in every three newly registered Ohio voters will end up on court-ordered lists being sent to county election boards because they have some discrepancy in their records, an elections spokesman said Wednesday.

I can already smell the Republicans throwing out 200k votes!

The discrepancy is that they are registering to vote, and yet their race is black.

Yeah Acorn and their 83 voter registration forms per person will be more than enough.

83 forms and yet they still only get one vote, making the whole thing moot. How unfair.  :'(

Yeah i guess its normal for organizations to take advantage of minorities and make them register to vote 83 times in the hopes of getting multiple voter cards. hmm nothing to see at all...

Oh and  I bet there really was a guy named Jimmy Johns who registered to vote who just happened to live at the same exact  address of a restaurant called jimmy johns. How will he vote now? Poor jimmey johns

Will republicans seriously have the brass cajones to clame this election was stolen when Obama wins? They are pro-actively trying to strike people off the ballots because they KNOW most new voters won't be GOP friendly. And they know why. 8 years under their shitty stewardship. Not to mention all the BS campaign trickery they pulled in the last two rounds, Diebold etc...

Where were these fucks in 2000/04?

Voter purge is actually needed for an election to be legitimate.

Maintaining voter registration lists so that they're accurate is fine.

Removing legitimately registered voters from the list is quite another.

Under a voter purge of inaccurate registrations, registered Republican Joe the Plumber (not so undecided after all, huh?) would be purged.  Bo bo bo bo bo ACORN!  Now kindly stfu.

If Obama loses Ohio due to this he honestly deserves it. I'm absolutely fucking shocked that they have done nothing to push back on this Acorn bullshit, which is obviously an excuse to purge new voters. He had a chance to debunk the entire story in front of 70 million voters last night and dropped the ball.

Luckily they have lawyers in the area working on this, but so did Kerry

What the fuck?  He did.  What else do you want him to say?

No, no, NO, he DOESN'T deserve to lose Ohio, PeeDee.  Obama's campaign is doing fucking awesome things in this state, and if he loses, it's either because southern Ohio came out in masses or something is fishy AGAIN.

I don't think Ohio is going blue regardless of fraud or not but that's just me.

Obama had the perfect opportunity to explain the difference between VOTER FRAUD and VOTER REGISTRATION FRAUD and didn't. The only reason he won that debate is because John McCain is a pathetic man.

Luckily Ohio has a democratic governor and sec of state which should ensure many of these votes are counted.
