what type of person does this. the graphics may be slightly better or whatever but most of the fun about sports games is being able to play friends, either at home or XBL. You can play online on the PC...but no one will play with you haha

Its been a three year streak of me not spending a cent at GameStop. I got tired of the shit service (this was back when they put a half dozen stickers on your case) and would sell me "new" GBA games that already had all the save slots full of data.

Finally got it working. I guess they're just letting anyone with the DVD install it into their Steam account. So basically, you can install it on as many PCs as you want, as long as a new Steam account is used each time.

The port is kinda disappointing though. It runs at 60fps w/1920x1200 and 4x AA but the 360 version seems to look better. It's probably due to the assets not being made for greater than 720P resolutions.

I like how in Gamestop hate threads there's always at least half a dozen people who are like "Derrrr...if you hate Gamestop so much, you shouldn't go there." As if any of us have a choice.

If you're a real gamer, you have to shop at GS sometimes, that's just all there is to it. It's like telling the hobo if he doesn't like the rancid soup they serve in the soup kitchen, he should go somewhere else. We don't have anywhere else to go. We're digital hobos, begging for videogame scraps from heartless benefactors. This isn't Japan, where there are video games on ever street corner in vending machines with used panties. You gotta really slum around sometimes to find games.

Fry's is pretty awesome for PC games or hard to find accessories for consoles.

I dunno, the gamestop I go to is fine. I cant depend on Best Buy. Them having a game when I get their depends on too many factors, them having enough copies depends on even more factors. Best Buy is swell if you buy only the most advertised games, but not for everything else.

I don't want to have to have to wait for/pay for shipping from online stores, and stores like Best Buy/Circuit City don't always get stuff on time, don't get the cool preorder bonus, and don't have as good a selection.
