Oh microsoft you're so awesome. Losing my 360 repair, and then trying ot tell me that once you have my console and your shitty system fucks up the repair that it's out of warranty (even though it really expires next year!) and threateneing to have me pay for it to be repaired let alone have them send it back to me in it's broken state is really awesome.

Cocksuckers are lost. They say "we're having system problems can you call us back tommorrow?" because they can't validate my address which I went out of my way to get a validated address to work. Now i'm 360 less and they won't give me any answers.

I sent my 360 in for its RROD issue not this past Monday but the Monday prior, and they told me they didn't get it until Saturday :/

I hate waiting.

Sorry you had bad experiences with MS's repair service. I had similar issues with Sony's back with my large ps2. I played final Fantasy XI on it, an the system locked up and died and wouldn't read any save data from a HDD or memory card. Sent it in to be replaced (paid to send it in). Got it back, same thing. Called support and was asked to resend it in. I sent it back that night (paid again). Then got it back saying the warranty was null and void since tech forgot to replace seal first time. Ended up speaking to high level customer service there with BBB to get them to fix the system.

hopefully your bad service call gets resolved much easier.

Just got a phone call from UPS, they should be here Friday to drop my repaired 360 off... thankfully. Will probably play some IU this weekend

I fucking love my 360, but its a damn unreliable piece of shit. My first 360 rrod'd straight out of the fucking box and my current machine crashes once every week or so. The only time I ever dealt with customer service was outside of US business hours so I actually spoke to an Indian man speaking with a faux US accent. It was really fucking weird and I hope I never have to do it again
