Yes.  It's on a This American Life episode (268 to be precise).  Seattle and New York have similar places, and I'm sure others do as all.  One of my friends just did the Seattle one.

I didn't listen to it, but I'm guessing this is the Jewish girl from Miami reading from her diary. Absolutely hilarious. They included this in an episode of the TV show, too.

I can't find the TV show on DVD anywhere :(  They must have done a low print run of it.  They also do the Improv Everywhere Bist Gig Ever one on it, right?

The DVD of the first season started out as a Border's Exclusive, but I think it's available everywhere now.

Yes, Improv Everywhere's Best Gig Ever is on it, too.
