Also, that Mountain Dew design looks like Kroger's knockoff Mountain Dew that they sell at QFC and Fred Meyer in Washington state.

Funny. There was apparently this picture made a while back showing how Mountain Dew's logo has became more and more tilted to the left, skewed, and spiky, and it had "projected logos" that were practically flat lines of razor wire. And now they've bucked that!

It also reminds me of this, from a "MAKE CORPORATE LOGOS INTO WEB 2.0" competition from years ago:

I'm kind of the opposite - I find the logo and the band very awkward. Not sure why. I think it's the angle - it doesn't flow.

I feel the same way. They should at least standardize the logo across the drinks. It's almost confusing.
