Fuck me, every  Saturday I do a long distance run gearing up for half a marathon in november. I'm up to 16km atm and the hardest part is crapping. I try to go before I go out, but can't and then around the 45-60min mark I feel a heavy deuce coming up . I could go faster, my legs are good, my longs and heart even better...but it's so hard maintaining a good pace when you constantly have to barricade your shitter, pulling back the troops. This week was difficult, though not as hard as last week.

BUT THEN, when I finish that run and run to the toilet...my oh my. HEAVEN. Recovering from that long run X shitting =  :interracial
Almost makes it worth it.

seriously that is a problem, and it sucks that you have to endure for most of the run. i bet it hampers your performance! :-\

can't you take something to prevent this from happening? ??? a med or a special diet that makes you constipate :P (or how about don't eat a lot that day?)

either that or you can always just... u know... "let go" :angel

I usually run in the morning, at 10-11am. Just eat a bit to get the metabolism going. But I shit from the previous day and I usually have to shit everyday, so I'm not constipated. I probably always have some shit in me from eating, running lubricates it all and gets it going making me shit earlier.

That pic haunts me. Once I had to shit so bad when I was coming back from highschool by bike I just went in the bushes.

I'm not one who takes meds unless I'm actually sick though.
