Both McCain and Palin said they won't "allow another Holocaust" during their respective debates and they seem to have skated. So apparently not.

But my understanding is that by using email they have now fallen under the jurisdiction of the Internet and its attendant laws.

As for this message, it'd be comforting to imagine that this would resonate poorly within the Jewish community, but let's be honest here: nothing tickles that community quite like a reminder of their suffering, and acknowledgment of antisemitism.
