I haven't taken a vacation in over 8 months. Days turns into weeks, weeks in months and its so easy to forget to use them. :'( Cohen will probably laugh at me.

I have tons of vacation time, but thanks to my wife's MBA program, I never get an actual vacation. I have summers off, but the last time we went on a real vacation was our honeymoon to Japan in 2006. I sit at home and do nothing. I'd rather go to work.

I went to visit my friend in Nebraska this summer. It wasn't a paid vacation, though. I've never had a real job like that, one that had paid vacations/holidays/shit like that.

My seasonal business is officially closed, and not really open again until next May, but I just found out that I'm going to be working all winter back at the little indie game store I used to work at during the wintertime, with a new owner. It's gravy money, but I'm a bit disappointed that I won't be sitting around this year on my ass all winter.

So, yes I miss vacations, as I have to deal with everyone who's on their's all summer. Especially Ohio folks who think that coming for 3+ years run the fucking joint.

One of my co-workers has a month of vacation and he's going to China for a month during the year's busy time. He's like "c-ya fackers, have fun."
