SHITTY Drivers Keeping me awake.

There's a hill that runs adjacent to my apartment complex and it's fairly steep... really steep, actually.  All night so far, people have been trying to drive up it and they're either slowing down, or trying to stop on the hill before continuing up because they'll suddenly lose traction and start spinning their tires which wakes me up.

This is Seattle fuckers, and it done rained lots today... don't stop or slow on the hill, FUUUCKKK!!

Someone also apparently slipped at the bottom of the hill and t-boned a car at the intersection because there is lots of commotion out there right now.

My parents house is at the top of a fairly steep hill, and occasionally late at night we used to hear cars come roaring down that our road as fast as they could and try to hit it and get airborne.

Well there's like 10 big buildings, but they do stuff all fucking backwards. Like it took them a WEEK to get all 4 windows replaced on my apartment. They did three over two days, and then didnt touch the 4th for fucking three days. Then there's the patio, where they spent days building it, but instead of finishing it by adding the new railing, they just put caution tape so I cant use the patio. Then they decide to put shitty 2x4s as railing until just a few days ago they finally put railing up, but now they need to paint the railing, which will happen when?

At least they stopped taking up half the parking lot.
